About Isa

I started in web and graphic design, but by 2016 I’d pivoted to UX, and I wouldn’t trade that hands-on ride for anything. Corporate or agency, I don’t feel it’s empowering to wait for openings; I am consistently create them.

Most days you’ll find me talking with users, firing off quick surveys, and watching real clicks so every decision solves a real problem. I sketch personas, map journeys, prototype flows, shape the UI architecture, and iterate until everything feels effortless. Team jam sessions are my sweet spot, turning raw insights into solutions that work for people and the business. Meanwhile I’m staying up on the latest HCD and AI ideas, ready to tackle the next challenge before it lands. I don’t have all the answers, but I ask the right questions to make sure we discover them.

Favorite UX Design and Research Books

A mentor suggested this one. It really helped me structure my approach to testing ideas. Thank you Chris.

Different types of research methods. More of a resource book for examples of different testing methods and approaches, but there are many gems within.

I suggest the audiobook. It provided me more moments of reflection and it’s good listing material.
