Data Visualization

Dope Labs asked me to enhance an infographic championing Black Health equity through community-led system change. Diving into information architecture, I crafted a tailored UX strategy that prioritized community insights and empowerment, and community engagement. My design went beyond mere aesthetics; they became powerful tools to articulate and advocate their message. The infographics I created illuminated the key findings they presented, and equally keep the content as the highlight of both the challenges and opportunities inherent in promoting health equity. By enhancing visual clarity with imagery we emphasized community narratives, ensuring that the funding proposal was not just seen but deeply felt. My overarching aim? Craft visuals that shed light on the intricate pathways towards a healthier, more equitable future for Black communities.

Data Visualization

For this design challenge, I created an infographic that incorporated elements of Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs and a restructured hierarchy to visually represent the social and psychological values of the Generation Z population. Using the ideation process and data provided, I gained insights that informed the design of the infographic and helped me effectively communicate the key findings of the report.
