I have nearly 20 years of professional experience in advocacy, education, and the arts, most of which has been in direct service.

I'm especially attuned to the nuances of diaspora identities and approach healing through an anti-racist, decolonial, and intersectional lens. I strive to bring both depth and lightness into my work.

I care deeply about breaking cycles of harm and supporting holistic healing across body, mind, spirit, and community. It would be an honor to walk alongside you in your journey of growth and repair.

ABOUT US

We'll move at a pace that feels right.

My style is patient, collaborative, and flexible — offering empathy, reflection, and validation along the way.

Many clients leave sessions feeling more grounded, resilient, and empowered. My goal is to work myself out of a job.

Together, we might draw on mindfulness, creative expression, or grounding practices you can carry into daily life. I also support depth-oriented work.

Modalities I draw from:

Mindfulness — Grounding practices you can carry into daily life.

IFS / Parts Work — "Parts" therapy and inner child exploration.

Shadow Work — Depth-oriented work with what lives beneath the surface.

Creative Expression — Art, movement, and creative modalities as healing tools.

Non-Ordinary States — Integrating expanded states of consciousness.

My goal is to work myself out of a job.
