You may be seeking…
support around identity, relationships, anxiety, depression, sexuality, addictions, life transitions, self-esteem, or any number of stressors.
Perhaps you have experienced or witnessed something traumatic, or you’re grieving.
Maybe you can’t exactly name why you’re seeking help.
No matter your biography, I welcome all parts of you.
About Me
I am a Bay Area-born and raised South Asian American Muslim queer woman. I am a mother, a dancer, a writer, and a radical intersectional feminist.
I have nearly 20 years of professional experience in community advocacy, education, and arts - most of which has been in direct service.
My clients might describe me as knowledgeable, non-judgmental, and warm. A former supervisor once said I’m “exceptional at balancing depth with lightness”. My colleagues tell me I’m approachable and easygoing.
I see myself as thoughtful and creative, and I deeply value integrity and honesty. I am particularly attuned to the nuances of diaspora cultural identities, and see the world through an anti-racist and decolonial lens.
I am personally committed to healing generational trauma and ending cycles of violence, especially against women and children. I try to turn towards grounding instead of addictions and compulsions, and prioritize repair, attunement and connection - within my self and with others.
I am passionate about holistic care that supports healing of the body, mind, spirit, community and environment. I would be honored to work with and for you.

About You
You’re interested in exploring your inner world, developing insight around your patterns, and cultivating healthy attachments. You want to start doing more of what’s working and less of what’s not working.
Whether it’s your first time in therapy or you have years of experience in the room, you’re invited to approach me for support around these things, and more!
Many of my clients are:
QTBIPOC / women of color
young / “transitional age” adults
neurodivergent people
educators, artists, and healing practitioners
people seeking support around harm reduction
parents
couples, especially those in non-traditional relationship structures and dynamnics
